Your Knoxville custom metal sign will be cut out using a home made CNC plasma table that precisely cuts out your design using a 50,000 degree plasma torch. Once your design cools I start the finishing process to remove any unwanted slag and smooth out any sharp edges leaving you with a raw steel sign perfect for your antique finish, paint or natural rust.

Raw Steel is a highly recyclable material that gets reused over and over again. This makes the finish vary from piece to piece. Your raw steel finish is created at our local mill and can be darker or lighter than our pictures depending on what material is being recycled that day.
